⭐️ CHALLENGE WEEK 1 ⭐️
Your 8 week challenge kicks off with a lower body STRENGTH session 💪 then moves into a aerobic style CARDIO U with an AMRAP focus 🔥. Upper body returns Wednesday with PUMP and our high intensity HIIT on Thursday with a focus on short bursts will have you gasping for air. A mixed of upper and lower is Fridays HYPER with high volume and a hypertrophy style of work, with a 60 minute SUMMIT session closing out the first week 🗻🥵
