These beautiful humans 🥺😭
Yesterday was my final day at Goodlife Health Clubs Cannington. As a small goodbye I planned a small group workout with my clients and gave them the freedom to pick 1 exercise I had to do for 1min. I can tell you now my legs turned jelly after the endless box jumps 🤣
I cannot imagine a better beginning to my PT career if it wasn’t for these incredible people I’ve met and everyone else I’ve had the pleasure to coach along the way❤️
A MASSIVE SHOUTOUT to each of you for letting me push you harder than you thought and breaking through that mental barrier💪🏻💥
I am beyond excited for my new chapter to come, bring on 2022🤩

DINNER ✨🍕
This weekend I had one of the best. HOMEMADE PIZZA. This hands down wins against any meal in my book, it’s incredible how much variety and vegetables you can load up on a pizza!
Mine includes the below;
✅ Stone Baked Pizza Base
✅ Tomato Paste
✅ Pepperoni and Ham
✅ Baby Spinach (this is a low amount for me, I normally loadddd on the spinach😂)
✅ Tomato and Mushrooms
✅ Pineapple and Cheese
✅ Seasoning
Making your food from scratch is heavenly because you know exactly what’s going in it and how damn nutritious it is! 🤤
