Thank you, everyone, who came to our very fun and free Kombucha Adventures workshop by @urbanecowarrior in partnership with City of Subiaco. Tickets were booked out within 2 hours! All about making your zero-waste kombucha "booch" at home with ordinary ingredients and equipment found at home without the mystery. No need for expensive equipment. Tips and trips and trouble-shooting and sharing of knowledge. Lots of delicious free samples: plain to fruity blends - Strawberry, strawberry & lilly-pilly, lemon verbena & ginger, grape and pomegranate. And free SCOBY to take home. Encouraging feedback: One person said it was the best kombucha workshop they had ever been to. Others said it was the nicest kombucha they had ever tasted. It was great to meet Sustainable Design students from Curtin University at to see how the garden puts principles of the circular economy into practice, with reusing, repurposing and upcycling.

They're in op shops everywhere: people are trying to offload them on buy-nothing groups and Facebook Marketplace, etc.
