Psychologists use the terms metacognition and metamood for the awareness of your own thought processes and emotions as they are happening in real-time.
Next time you have any repetitive office tasks to do, try being aware of your thoughts and mood as you get on with it. It'll be hard at first, but you can get better with practise - keep working those mindful muscles.
