No matter what you do in this life you are ALL in!

This life is going to kill you so you might as well play the most magnificent game you can while you're waiting.

Do you have anything better to do?

Why not pick the best thing possible that you could do?

Because you are more powerful than you think, WAY more powerful than you think.

Only God knows what you could be.

You are blind to your own weaknesses but you are also blind to you own strengths.

How far could you take that?

How far could you go if you stopped wasting time, stopped lying and if you oriented yourself to the highest possible good that you could conceive of and you commited to that...

How much good could you do?

Why not find out?

- Jordan Peterson -

One of my favourite quotes from him 😊💛

Do you feel like you are missing out on living your life?

With work and so many other commitments, it seems like sometimes we are too busy to notice the beautiful places and people we are surrounded by.

I’ve definitely realised this for myself and was reminded again when visiting this cute little pioneer village.

It was built in the 1980s but even though I live 5 minutes up the road I’ve never fully explored it.

So why do we live like this?

Why do we choose the restrictions when there is a way to create more time for ourselves, to finally do the things we love whenever we choose and start taking back control.

You don’t have to wait till the weekend or wait till you are 65+.

You actually have a choice NOW to start creating a different lifestyle for yourself.

Send me a message and lets chat 😊

Is mentorship even worth it?

We have a lot of opportunity to learn through studying at Tafe or Uni with regard to subjects and career options but what about learning how to actually live your life in the most beneficial way.

One of the best ways I found myself learning was by studying the lives of people I looked up to or those that were living the life i also wanted to live.

Whoever sparks your interest in an area you want to improve in or learn about, figure out what they are doing in order to achieve those things because that information I think is pure gold.

Speak to these people, ask for advise or guidance because those that have the solution love sharing but only to those who really need and want it.

You might be looking to become

○ healthier or fit

○ happier or more positive

○ wiser or grow in knowledge in a particular area

○more successful

Whatever it is you are seeking, it is possible to find if you look to learn from someone who is already living in the way you want to live and doing the things you also want to do :)

Theres just something about being in nature that makes you feel so alive.

I sometimes feel so unwell physically and mentally after working in an office all week and then head out into the fresh air for a couple of days and the whole thing changes.

This was the main thing that made me question my future.

If I was to continue trading my time for money in the office where would that lead me.

I’d probably end up sick, unhealthy, mentally unstable and simply not happy.

I used to think this was the only option but there is so much more opportunity out there.

Please do not settle in a lifestyle that makes you miserable.

All it really takes is for you to value yourself enough to start searching for the thing you need and start creating a different life for yourself.

God has blessed us with this amazing world and I want to spend as many days exploring it as possible.. what about you?

Side note - this moody weather was soo beautiful ⛅🌧
Also watched some dolphins catching fish🐬

Why do we work to SURVIVE when we could live fully + create MASSIVE CHANGE.

For most of us, work is seen as a necessary means to support our lives outside of work, such as paying bills, buying groceries and enjoying leisure activities.

But what if our work could transform into a sense of purpose, fulfilment and become part of our identity.

For myself, I know I never felt this way towards my jobs.

Although my role was a crucial part of the company i worked for, I never felt like I was touching the surface of what I was capable of.

🌏 I want to contribute to worldwide change in the form of health and sustainable living.

🌏 I want to help protect our wildlife and defend our oceans.

🌏 I want to support mental health awareness.

And now i’m on my way to supporting this sort of change.

Yes, your work is necessary to produce the funds you need to live,

but

what if you could earn an income that would allow you more time and freedom to take control of your choices and contribute to the changes that you see this world needs.

There is so much pain in you and I.

Some of that pain we can’t control and so we deal with it as best we can.

But sometimes it comes directly from ourselves.

Our actions
Our lack of action
Our words
Our lack of words
Our thoughts
Our lack of thought

If you pay enough attention you might notice that you actually planted that seed days, weeks or months before and it grew into the issue you see today.

I have started to realise that actually, I'm the one who causes some of my own pain and in the past I would just let it stay.

A bit about me:

For so long I felt unworthy of pretty much everything.

I didn’t feel confident because of past experiences and never believed I could face my pain and change my circumstances.

What i really needed to do was confront my suffering, figure out what caused it and take action in a way to turn it to benefit myself and everyone around me.

“When we confront our suffering and pain honestly, our lives get better.”

- Jordan Peterson

○ I was living in a negative environment not realising that I was facilitating it.

○ I was working in a job that was hurting me but not looking for a way out.

○ People hurt me but I realised that I hurt them as well.

What i wanted was to feel good and create good everyday so now i aim to do so knowing the power that God has given me.

So the point of all this is to encourage you to confront your suffering.

I know some days you are hurting and that is ok.

Give yourself an hour or a day to feel but then go do something about it.

Again, sometimes we experience suffering that is completely out of our control..

But with the pain that you have found yourself in, learn to confront it and see if you can make a change ♡

Resilience 💛

…an essential part of any journey.

Whether you are actively working towards improving your

fitness + health

business

mindset

discipline

relationships

or simply creating any positive change in your life,

YOU NEED RESILIENCE!

Bethany Hamilton, a pro surfer is just one example.

After working hard for years on end to reach the pro surfing leagues, she was attacked by a shark which left her without an arm.

She was in such a position that no one could ever imagine that she would surf again.

But she persisted despite a seemingly unstoppable challenge and regained her surfing career.

So, what brought her to find a way to continue?

She said it herself

“'My fear of losing surfing was greater than my fear of sharks'

It was her why, surfing was everything to her and so she found a way.

She chose not to give into her fears or let this significant setback control her future.

Whatever journey you have decided to commit to, you need to be incredibly clear on why you started.

Your reason to continue needs to be stronger than your reason to quit - Ross Edgley

What is the alternative?

Would you prefer to stay where you are now or reach and surpass the goals you have for yourself?

Another thing to pay attention to is what she said afterwards:

“I lost my arm but I wouldn't change it.”

With this statement she is pointing out that what she gained from experiencing this massive road block and surpassing it was even greater than having a part of her body back.

This alone speak volumes.

Life doesn’t happen to you, it happens for you

- Jim Carrey

"STUCK IN A ROOM"

Sometimes this is what life feels like⇪

We are in our safe and comfortable little box with the light of possibilities and opportunities shining in but just out of reach.

It can be easy to think that there is no way out.

For me this room is how I used to envision my life.

I felt stuck in my job,

stuck in my body,

stuck with the same people,

stuck in the same negative environment,

and stuck just simply surviving.

So what changed for me?

I finally found the door, a gateway to the outside, a gateway to my freedom.

This door would allow me to discover a life outside of this room, outside of my restrictive life.

I finally started to walk, then run, and now I am dipping my feet in the vastest ocean of my goals.

But this took faith and growth.

1. I had to first build confidence in my God and myself enough to believe that their was a door,

2. have self worth enough to believe that I deserved to find it and

3. start taking actionable steps to move towards and through it.

So in no way is it easy, but once you choose to do the work on yourself, you will find your door into the space of your life that you have been searching for.

Swipe left to see where my door is taking me :)

Why did I choose to work online and start my online business?

For a long time I felt lost.

I didn’t know who I was or what I wanted my future to look like.

Having experienced loss and pain through different challenges, I started to realise that my time was short.

I was put on this earth for a reason and I became determined to find my purpose.

In the process of discovering who I was I realised what I truely valued:

my health, mental and physical

the safety and wellbeing of my family

caring and protecting this beautiful world that we live in

helping people in anyway that I can

Living and working without direction, with little excitement, and with no alignment to my values was no longer an option and I needed a change.

Simply put, I wanted to work from my laptop, live the ‘ocean life’ and spend more time exploring this beautiful world…

but I also wanted to contribute to the protection of our oceans + sea-life, create health for myself and others and retire my beautiful mother who has sacrificed everything for me.

It is so unbelievably amazing to think that I am on my way to achieving all these things.

I have my amazing God to thank for sticking by my side and showing me the way he had planned for my life.

I now move forward with peace and excitement as a new chapter of my life unfolds.

In the industry of social media marketing ive found there are two types of people.

Individuals searching for a way out of their current jobs, who want to explore the world more and work from their laptop as they go...

And

people who have experienced some major challenges in their life that has forced them to start searching for a solution.

Which of these 2 groups do you relate to?
