Coordination and balance: Netball requires quick movements, jumping, and reaching, all of which help develop coordination and balance.

Teamwork and communication: Netball is a team sport that requires players to work together and communicate effectively to score goals and win games. This helps kids develop teamwork and communication skills.

Aussie Rules is a great sport for kids due to its physical, social, and skill-building benefits. The sport requires running, jumping, and various movements that can help improve kids' fitness and coordination, while also being a team sport that encourages social skills, teamwork, and communication. The no-body contact rule makes it safe and accessible for kids of all sizes and skill levels to play. Additionally, the fast-paced and high-scoring action makes it a fun and exciting sport to both play and watch. The various skills required in Aussie Rules, such as kicking, handballing, marking, and evasion, also help kids develop their hand-eye coordination, balance, and overall ball handling skills.
