Good evening Parents,

The U8 session is set up and ready to go however we may not go ahead due to severe weather. The heavy rain is on and off at the moment and I can not give any more indication than that.

Hi All, U9/10 & U11/12 parents have received an important email from me today. Please ensure you view this ASAP and ensure to check junk.

All Term registration emails have been sent out to existing players and those who submitted an expression of interest. If you have not received anything, can you check your junk folder, and failing this reach out to me if you think you should have received something and have not.

The term begins the week beginning 25th and places are filling up fast, be sure to register ASAP or contact me if you plan to very soon so I can hold a spot.

Managed to get most of our Term 2 attendees together for a picture.

Great improvements shown by everyone. But some highlights for me are.

- having a high rate of female participation compared to the national average.
- enabling a pathway for highly talented players into to compete in the premier academy league as the first and only all girls team.
- taking several new to the game players across age groups and providing them with an environment to express themselves and grow.
-partnering with to enable highly talented players opportunities to compete overseas.

LM7 Football Academy welcomed its U8 Development players to the brave the poor weather on pitch last night. Everyone did a tremendous job and I am looking forward to watching everyone have fun and develop over the coming weeks!

It was nice to see the Academy mentioned in the local paper this week and the recognition to raise the standards of grassroots football development alongside clubs in Cardinia.

I have spent 3-4 years working with 4 of these boys. They still look similar but you should be able to guess who they are lol.

Just recently they represented Melbourne City at the recent City Maccas Cup. The team played a year level up against some of the best in the state and made the semi finals, what an amazing achievement and we’re all really proud of them.

What sets these boys apart isn’t their football ability, it’s who they are off the pitch. All these boys are first and foremost are great human beings, we’ll behaved, considerate, kind and positive.

What’s happened?

Great moment here in training, where something you love to see has happened. Coach and player completely in the same page and in a single moment all strike the same pose! Beautiful!
