🚌BEYOND THE CLASSROOM🚌

Over the past few weeks, our Year 4, 5 and 6 boys swapped their classrooms for Broken Bay, Bathurst and Canberra as they headed away on their annual camps.

Each destination offered a different experience, but all three camps gave boys the chance to spend time together, take on new challenges and enjoy a change of pace from everyday school life.
Along the way, friendships were strengthened, plenty of laughs were shared and more than a few stories were collected.

A valued part of the Edgecliff journey, camp continues to be a highlight of the year for many boys.

👻A SPOOKY TALE👻

Strange things were happening at Edgecliff as our K-2 boys took to the stage for A Spooky Tale.

Filled with catchy songs, colourful characters and plenty of laughs, the production showcased the enthusiasm, confidence and imagination of our youngest performers. Every boy played a part, and it was wonderful to see them embrace the opportunity to sing, act and share their hard work with family and friends.

A big congratulations to all the boys for a fantastic performance and to the staff who helped bring this spooky adventure to life.

🥁 KABOOM PERCUSSION AT ASCHAM 🥁

Year 2 had a fantastic morning at Ascham this week with the Kaboom Percussion team. Between drumming, music-making and time in the playground, there was plenty of fun to be had. We look forward to welcoming our Ascham visitors to Edgecliff next term.

🌿 YEAR 3 CAMP IN THE BLUE MOUNTAINS 🌿

There is something special about a first camp. Over two days in the Blue Mountains, Year 3 enjoyed damper making, archery, the flying fox, and a visit to Scenic World. Along the way, there were shared laughs, new experiences and many happy memories made together. It was a memorable milestone for the boys and a special part of their Year 3 journey.

Our Term 3 Solo Soirée showcased the talent, dedication and confidence of our young musicians. Performing in front of an audience takes courage, and the boys should be proud of the way they shared their hard work and passion with family and friends.

Book Week is always a highlight at Edgecliff, and this year was no exception.

Author visits, the Book Fair, Teddy Sleepovers in the Library and our annual parades created a real buzz around the School. The week provided countless opportunities for boys to share favourite books, engage with stories and celebrate a love of reading.

Opening our doors. Sharing our story.

From concerts and classroom activities to specialist experiences and displays of learning, Edgecliff Day offered a glimpse into all that our school has to offer.

It was wonderful to welcome current and prospective families and share the learning, energy and opportunities that make this such a unique place. Seeing the School come alive and watching our boys proudly showcase their learning made for a memorable day.

Weigall Oval was buzzing as our Year 1 boys welcomed the girls from Ascham for a morning of co-educational sport. As they rotated through a range of activities, students collaborated, connected and enjoyed the chance to get to know one another in a fun and active setting.
