Having health issues which has affected my mental health and wellbeing. Just need to know that what I’m feeling is ok that I’m not crazy I’m just in pain

Lately I’ve had to overcome multiple challenges. Thing is if it seems too hard I freak out and start crying and tell myself I can’t do it. Chris usually challenges me to do it anyway and the thing is I find I can. I just have to try and not give up before I’ve even attempted something cause it seems I can do more than I think I can. Yes it might be hard but you never know what you can do unless you try. So when something seems hard don’t give up just give it a go you might surprise yourself and end up doing the thing you thought you couldn’t
