🔬✨ What a fantastic Science Week! ✨🔬

Our students had an amazing time exploring the world of science through a range of creative, hands-on activities, with a special focus on science and living things. 🐝🌱🧪

We finished the week with a bang... or should we say a bubble! 🫧 We had a visit from the incredible Marty McBubble and his scientific bubble show, Dr Quark’s Scientific Circus. The students were fascinated, entertained and thoroughly amazed!

A huge thank you to Mr A, Mr C and Mr H for all your hard work and organisation in making Science Week such a success. 👏🔬

📚✨ Book Week adventures with a real-life author! ✨📚

Our Year 3/4 students had a fantastic opportunity to join a virtual author talk with Matt Stanton, diving into the world of books, storytelling and creativity! 📖💭

Matt shared a fun and engaging session with our students before finishing with a Q&A, where they had the chance to ask their burning questions and hear directly from a bestselling author. 🎤📚

A huge thank you to the City of Playford for providing our students with this wonderful opportunity to connect with an author and celebrate the magic of reading this Book Week! 💚

Yesterday our school got behind UnitingCare Pancake Day, and what a delicious day it was!

Our students enjoyed freshly served pancakes that they had purchased, with plenty of happy faces. 🥞😋

A huge thank you to the wonderful Ms Fiona for organising the day & to the students who volunteered their time to help her serve pancakes.
A special mention to the generous families who donated pancake mix, cream and other goodies to help make the day possible.

Together, our school community raised an incredible $350 for UnitingCare! 💛

Our school was transformed into a world of wonderful characters, magical adventures and literary legends! From page to person, our students and staff certainly understood the assignment. 📖👑🧙‍♀️🦸‍♂️
