Fembodiment™️ RealTalk Saturday…
I believe every woman deserves to have a relationship with her seggsuality that feels like her own.
Our bodies belong to us. Our ple@sure belongs to us. And we get to decide what feels right for us.
Yet so many women have spent years putting someone else’s needs and pleasure before their own, often without even realising it.
When we begin reconnecting with our bodies, we can start to recognise what genuinely feels good, what we desire, what we’re comfortable with and what we don’t want. And that matters, especially in our intimate relationships.
Being in a relationship doesn’t mean we have to accept seggs or intimacy that leaves us feeling disconnected, unfulfilled or simply going through the motions. We can love our partner and still want something different for ourselves.
We can want more ple@sure, more connection, more understanding and more say in how we experience intimacy.
Our seggsuality doesn’t have to begin and end with someone else’s needs or expectations.
We get to explore it for ourselves first.
And when we choose to share that part of ourselves with another person, we can do so with a greater understanding of our own bodies, boundaries, desires and ple@sure. Not because we’ve learned how to perform seggsuality differently, but because we’re beginning to understand what feels right for us.
This is something I believe deeply, and it’s at the heart of The Fembodiment™ Method.
Your body. Your ple@sure. Your way.
A little Saturday reflection for you…
When was the last time you stopped to ask yourself what you genuinely want and need from intimacy, rather than what’s expected of you?
