He was embarrassed with who he’d become
Zion had been struggling with unhealthy habits for years before a career change from manual labour to a desk job led to and all-time heaviest
His energy, mood, and what he saw everyday in the mirror mad him feel like a broken shell of who he could be
Before working together, Zion had tried several times to lose the weight on his own. Sometimes making progress, sometimes not, but never having it stick around
When we connected, we made quick changes to build momentum and get him feeling better as soon as possible - but always kept a focus on keeping the plan as simple and enjoyable as possible
We included flexibility to allow for nights out, date-nights and made sure he was enjoying his diet.
We also placed a massive focus on making sure we were making progress AND building the skills and the mindset to maintain the results long term
Fast forward to now and calling Zion a different man would be an understatement.
His confidence, self-esteem and mental health are the best they’ve been while Zion is loving the process and ready to push for more
I’m so confident this “after photo” is just another milestone in Zion’s journey ahead - but he’s earned the right to get some praise for how incredibly he’s done so far
Changing habits you’ve had for years (even for your whole life) is never easy, but when you focus on making the process enjoyable - you can change your life

He didn’t realise how far he’d let himself go
Not long ago, Eyal had dedicated so much of his time to work that he lost focus on his health, letting his diet get worse and becoming inconsistent with the gym.
His motivation to make changes only got worse until he hit rock bottom during a holiday in Europe…
Struggling to keep up with his friends on a hike, then seeing photos of himself at the beach, he finally face how far he had let himself slip
Before we began working together, he had made some progress on his own, but it was slow, and relied on cutting out entire food groups
In our early discussions, he admitted he had some insecurities about the gym and was hesitant about some of the diet changes I suggested, but he committed, and the rest is history.
With the personalised approach we had planned together, he started to achieve results more impressive than he had thought possible.
It wasn’t always easy, but Eyal has been able to get to the best shape of his life and sustain his healthy habits for over a year now

His energy and self-confidence had hit rock bottom
Ben’s weight had been a lifelong challenge but a new job with stressful 10-12hr days led to the worst position his weight, health and fitness had ever been in
It wasn’t just about the number on the scale:
- His performance at work was suffering
- His daily mood and life-enjoyment were in the gutter
- His low energy and self-confidence was effecting his close relationships
He was feeling lost, defeated and unsure how how to fix things. All he knew is that he needed to make a change…
When we began working together, the goal was taking pressure off Ben by creating a simple, easy to follow structure that fit around his work and social life
We focussed on nailing the basics with consistency and allowing flexibility to managing his packed work schedule and social life
Fast forward to now and Ben is in the best shape of his life: He’s full of confidence while his energy and mood are the best he’s ever felt

He used to be unconfident, unhealthy and unsatisfied with who he was
Fed up with how he looked and felt, Jeff had begun taking steps to improve himself before we started working together
But the process he followed (under the guidance another coach) was incredibly strict and unsustainable
- Hours of cardio
- Never allowing social meals
- A plan that meant sacrificing his life and work
This meant he was able to make some early progress, but it was a massive grind and the results wouldn’t stick around for very long
That’s why a big focus for us was including having a flexible plan and developing the skills to navigate so that he could make progress when work and life got hectic, plus enjoy the journey so much more
Has he still had to work hard - of course
Has it been smooth sailing the entire time - of course not
But since Jeff’s started with me, he’s been able to reach and all time best physique AND has the skills to have made progress during the busiest his work has ever been, and maintain his progress it while enjoying himself on holidays overseas

You won’t get long term results with short term strategies - You need a process that:
- Is enjoyable
- Works when you’re busy
