With just 8 weeks left of 2024 I thought it was a good time to take a look at what is happening with the property clock and market predictions!
Here I am talking through Herron Todd White's property clock and then using Oxford Economics to bring another perspective to the data.

Case Study:
Andrew joined Positive Real Estate in 2012 to use our services to source properties. When he joined he already had a couple of properties, he bought his first property in 2009. Since then he has created a portfolio of 7 properties with an end goal of $100,000 passive income by 2034 at which time he will be 50.

I am really please to say he is on track. Andrew ensures his Passive Income Calculator stays up to date and meets with me every month to keep his finger on the pulse, and fine tune his portfolio. Next steps is making decisions on selling some assets to fund a home now that Andrew knows where he wants to settle down, and to ensure that property is debt free asap.

12.5 years with Positive Real Estate, 7 properties, and total portfolio today of $3.37m heading toward $5.4m in 10 years time with $3.7m in equity!!
