We are excited to celebrate with a fun costume parade for all students on Friday, 11th September in the morning. Start thinking about your favourite book characters and get creative with your costumes!

This year’s theme, announced by The Children’s Book Council of Australia, is "A Symphony of Stories". The beautiful artwork is by Briony Stewart, the talented author and illustrator of the award-winning "Gymnastica Fantastica".

β˜€οΈ Kindergarten Excursion to Oakvale Farm! πŸ„πŸπŸ¦˜
Our Kindergarten students had a fun-filled day in the sunshine at Oakvale Farm yesterday! We loved exploring the farm and getting up close with so many amazing animals.

Highlights included feeding the kangaroos, bottle-feeding the baby goats, having a go at milking a cow and, of course, enjoying a very exciting tractor ride around the farm! 🚜

What a wonderful day of learning, laughter, and special Kindy memories! πŸ’šπŸ’›

πŸ‰ Last Tuesday, our Girls Touch Football team travelled to Adamstown Public School for their Round 2 game.

With plenty of exciting end-to-end play and strong defence, the scores were tied at 0–0 at half-time, making for an exciting second half. The girls continued to show fantastic teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the match, eventually being defeated 3–0 by a strong Adamstown team. Congratulations, girls! We are incredibly proud of your effort and the way you represented Belair Public School.

A special mention to Tracey Roxin for her fantastic support running the subs and for the effort she has put into the girl's training sessions leading up to the game. This progression was noticeable and her time and effort has made a real difference. Thankyou for your support!

Well done, girls! Keep up the great work! πŸ‘πŸŽ‰
