Absolutely loved being a part of the inaugural Rising Talent Invitational as the wellbeing support.

Watching the next 60 uncontracted women come together from over Australia and the Pacific to play in front of NRLW recruiters was awesome.

Feedback from the coach of the Jillaroos was “your genuine care and wellbeing support was felt across the entire group, thank you for looking after everyone so thoughtfully”.

Grateful for opportunities and new experiences to help others whilst also learning and growing.

Also how about this video the photographers put together!!!

Don’t let fear win! Be Brave enough to try! (Save this post)

I have been on a situation where I pondered whether I would keep going.

What I questioned myself on was…
What’s the purpose of doing sport?
Why do I do this thing?

Pretty quickly I realised I can’t let fear win.

I can run away or hid and hope things will get better.

I have to face up to my fears and look them in the eye and do the scary thing anyway.

We all need that in our lives to move us forward past scary things.

This level of mindset and resilience is a whole other thing when we feel down and out.

But the amazing part is you can learn mindset and learn resilience.

You just have to be shown the path.

Or do the hard yards by yourself forging a path.

Trust me and find someone to show you the path!!

If you’re having a moment of doubt or fear, before it takes over reach out and let’s chat.

There is so much to be learnt on the other side of fear 🌈

🌞🌚Happy Solstice🌚🌞

Northern hemisphere, happy summer solstice ☀️

Southern hemisphere, happy winter solstice 🌑

Key points for athletes are:

Northern hemisphere - time to reflect on what you have been working on. What’s been working, what needs to shift?

Southern hemisphere - time to create your future. What are your goals? How can you bring in the energy to make this happen?

For me today is about writing goals…setting myself up for success!!

What do you need to do 🤔
Reflect or Plan?

Hope this helps connect you to the energy of what’s happening around you and make it useful to your journey 🌸
