At a recent workshop, I was asked to introduce myself… and what came out felt simple, but deeply true:

I believe !nt!macy and human connection are the absolute best parts of our lived experience here on Earth.

Not the surface-level stuff — I’m talking about the kind of !nt!macy that feels nourishing, alive, and real. The kind that’s built on trust and safety. And yeah… that part takes work. It asks for honesty, presence, and the courage to be seen.

CORE MEMORY UNLOCKED!

This week I did a big thing I have been dreaming up for years.

A few weeks ago I was contacted by the university of Queensland to attend the Brisbane campus to run a lecture/workshop for 2 hour as part of respect week.

The event was called S*X 101 & designed to fill in the gaps left in our education system for young students entering the adult world.

We covered my favourite topics:

Consent
Boundaries
Conscious conflict vs toxic conflict
Communication tools
Pleasure and desires

It was a hit! The students were engaged, asked amazing questions and learned so much.

I had my dream support team in my Partner, her mum & my amazing friend and mentor .

I was so proud of the uni to put on such an important workshop and of myself for all the work I have put in over the best part of a decade to be asked to be involved.

I genuinely hope this is taken on by more formal education facilities and schools.

The university of Queensland is now collaborating with me to create an online program for their student to view in their own time as part of their bigger program “HOW TO ADULT”

Lets face it segs ed in high school failed us and we are left to bump around in the dark it’s the reason I have a job. It’s time to shake things up and give young people the skills to thrive in their relationships and in pleasure. To stop situations that lead to trauma and pain.

THE BEST TIME TO SUPPORT YOUR RELATIONSHIP AND INTIMACY IS IN THE GOOD TIMES.

Believe me, after supporting couples and individuals for so many years as well as my own personal experience … if your relationship with your self or your partner is in a great place, that is the time to do the work of expansion.

It is so hard to learn new skills, be the observer, have perspective, connect deeply, create intimate energy when you are in pain, shame, anger, fear, sadness, guilt.

Doing the work together when times are good is still challenging and also exciting to know when inevitably life throws you a curly situation you will have a tool kit of curiosity to call on.

My partner and I are currently in a beautiful place in our relationship, connection, communication and intimacy … and we desire it do be even deeper even better to clear up past wounds and plan future expansion so we have engaged in relationship support and F$CK ME it is so exciting.

Why You Should Track Your Partner’s Menstrual Cycle.

Last week I knew my partners bleed week was coming up (because I have tracked my partners cycle for years) day one came around she was in immense pain with cramps & lethargy.

I knocked off work early, and on the way home, bought a new fluffy hot water bottle, some high magnesium cacao, a herbal tincture of cramp bark & calendar, some cold fizzy water. When I got home I didn’t ask “what’s wrong” I showed her what I’d gotten and asked if there was anything I could get her.

We went for a quick walk, then she had a rest while I made up a whole food curry with lots of iron/collagen rich ingredients & all the trimmings & watched a too hot to handle.

If you’re in a relationship with someone in a female body and NOT paying attention to your partner’s cycle, you’re missing a key piece of the puzzle when it comes to communication, conflict, and intimacy. Here’s why it matters:

❤️ Communication – Hormonal shifts can influence mood, energy, and sensitivity. Knowing where your partner is in their cycle helps you offer better support and understand their emotional needs without making assumptions.

🔥 Conflict – Ever had an argument that felt bigger than it needed to be? Sometimes, heightened emotions during PMS or ovulation can amplify tension. Awareness helps you respond with patience instead of reacting.

💋 Intimacy – Desire fluctuates throughout the cycle. Some phases (like ovulation) may bring a higher segs drive, while others (like the luteal phase) might call for more emotional connection and reassurance.

Tracking isn’t about controlling—it’s about being a more present and understanding partner. Whether you use an app or just pay attention, this small effort can lead to deeper connection and harmony in your relationship.

Ask lots of curious questions during the phases of their cycle of their experiences and needs, take notes, pay attention and do some of your own research on the things that serve the female body holistically.
