A message from our Relieving Principal Mrs Karla Jamieson......

🌼We are grateful for the strong partnerships across our schools and the difference they make for our students.

💙Our Year 6 students had their first full high school transition day, supported by months of communication, shared knowledge and collaboration between staff across both schools. Strong transitions are built through trust, teamwork and connection.

🌟A personal highlight was seeing so many former NPS students excited to reconnect with former teachers and staff. It was a lovely reminder that the relationships we build with students often last well beyond their time at our school.

💎When schools work together, our students are stronger for it. They step forward with more confidence, stronger connections and a greater sense of belonging. And when our young people thrive, our whole community is stronger too.

A message from our Relieving Principal Mrs Jamieson........

Sometimes we underestimate the power of a smile or a kind word. 💛

This week, a student gave me both. He probably had no idea how much I needed them, or how much they lifted me. What made it even more powerful was knowing that his own family is going through a difficult time, yet he still chose to share kindness.

Yesterday, I told him how much it meant to me.

He smiled. I smiled. And there it was... the ripple effect. ✨

This term, we are focusing on the little things that make a big difference: being kind, saying hello, sharing a smile and taking pride in our playground.

If one student can make such a difference with one small act, imagine the impact when we all do it.
