Inner Fire Dance is all about women's empowerment and we celebrate women's confidence and sensuality through movement in a safe space. Just think sexy heels and chair choreography. Our goal is just to make all the women who come to our classes feel good about themselves! We are a body positive space and offer variations for all levels, including absolute beginners. All you need is comfy gym wear, knee pads, heels or socks.

Term 3 starts Wednesday 31st July
7:30pm Slow Jams with Juniper
8:30pm Chair Sirens with Selene

You will learn 4 weeks of floorwork foundations, this includes basic floor movement and tricks in a sexy floorwork choreography. You will then learn 4 weeks of basic chair movement and tricks incorporated into a fun chair choreography. Each class will alternate 4 weeks of floor and chair, which means you will learn two complete routines by the end of our 8 week term.

We are offering free trial classes for anyone who would like to give it a go!
