Done and dusted 🎶 Thanks to everyone who attended our camp concert this morning, the students did all of their tutors proud with their fantastic performances!
We hope you all had a safe journey home & to see you back for camp next year!!

Day Four ✔️ Last day of rehearsals, tutorials & regular activities! The sun made an appearance in time for some outdoor rec which was a nice change.
Tonight is the annual Talent Show and all campers are super keen to jump up and show off all their musical skills and hidden talents with their friends 🎶

Day Three ✔️ Mid week already!! Rehearsals are sounding ex(cello)ent & the campers are madly getting ready for the traditional “Thursday Talent Show” in every spare minute they have.
The Warrambui staff led everyone in a fast-paced game of 9 square (so fun!!) & served pizza + garlic bread for lunch which disappeared very quickly!!

Day Two ✔️ A very rainy one today! Everyone did a fantastic job in their group rehearsals + tutorials!
They came together as a mixed ensemble for the first time today to practice their combined item for Fridays concert.
Wet weather meant rec time was indoors and featured some amazing Just Dance moves from all campers, then they ended the day with (the now highly requested) game of Mafia led by Johann 😄

Day One ✔️ A fantastic start to camp with rehearsals, outdoor recreation, plenty of meals & snack breaks and finished off with a few rounds of Bingo!

The Riverina Strings and Recorders Camp is open to NSW public school students in Yr 3-12 who play violin, viola, cello, double bass, classical guitar or recorder.

Monday 1 June to Friday 5 June 2026 (Term 2 Week 7)

Held at Warrambui Retreat and Conference Centre, Murrumbateman NSW

Live in students $520. Day students $360.

The camp is open to students who play violin, viola, cello, double bass, classical guitar and recorder from beginner to advanced level players, including those not currently playing in a school group or orchestra.
