I will be holding a Thai cooking class at Graham House Community Centre in Murgon on Sunday 29th of September. 11am until 2.30pm.
We will be making:
Thai Seafood Noodle balls with Sweet Chilli Sauce.
Marinated Chicken Pieces wrapped in Pandan leaf.
Thai Rare Beef Salad with Hot and Sour Dressing.
Sesame Lemon Chicken with Ginger, Soy and Mirin with Steamed Coconut Rice
This a fully hands on course. Closed in shoes must be worn. Please bring Takeaway containers to take home leftovers.
