“If you get out early in the morning, you can see the drew drop, standing on the edge of the leaf in the wind - the first light coming through it.
It is the hidden dynamics -so tiny, and it doesn't fall down“

Yemima suggested to one of her students to let this grace be absorbed into her system- into our understanding hearts.

Inspire trust.
So delicate drop but then solid -maintaining equilibrium -transparent -allowing the light to come through.
To accept this paradox in peace -
We can hold pain and joy - there is no struggle

We are causes and conditions, and at the same time, there is choice.
Yemima teaches that complexity is not a complication—the human heart has the capacity to hold meadows and mountains when it is released to its natural capacity.

The drop is matter in this messy world- like ourselves - and it is transparent, letting the light come through.

New intake - starting mid-October
A 6-weeks workshop practising and diving into Yemima's internal navigating language.

🌿

The study aims to refresh our perspective on life, cultivate our capacity for self-acceptance and clear thought, and create healthy, loving boundaries.

In the 6-week workshop, we will introduce and practice Yemimas' basic concepts and terminology. We study weekly in small groups
on Zoom, engaging with the text and our personal lives in a safe space. After the workshop, participants can continue the study in existing groups if they wish to expand.

Pls, Contact me through messenger or the link for any questions and queries:)

Yemima’s studies evolve through the “Melachas”- journaling regularly. “Melacha translates to “craft work”—navigating a new path and breaking free from our habitual patterns while engaging with writing. The act of writing allows us to create some distance and liberation from our thoughts, emotions, and stories. Writing is a moment to quieten a noisy mind and regain access to the deep connection with self and belonging. Writing is used to process, slow down, recognise imagined and real, and reveal structures and triggers.

Connection and conversation can be internal, and the healing process of witnessing our lives through the ‘Melach’ is the opposite of aloneness. In Yemima terminology, writing time is creating a “personal space" initially by offloading those entanglements and convictions spiralling in our heads to the paper—we are lighter, available for fresh understandings to arrive.

Working with different new portions every week opens up consent and willingness to refresh our perspective. As we learn to distance ourselves or not identify entirely with our emotions, thoughts, and ideas, we can get closer to what is, to the present moment—essence. This ritual of getting closer to our essence—by creating a kind space of noticing—without judging, justifying or magnifying issues, we gain intimacy through a position of honesty and cultivate more choices and freedom from some restraints. We can access our existing resources of integrated resting wisdom, attuned to the heart —Binah.

In the study group, we engage weekly, continuously committing to mindfulness of our emotions, relationships, and frequencies to regain ease, fuller presence, and clearer thought. Unlearning a constant sensation of ourselves/reality is not enough. Miraculously, this is very joyful, loving, and interesting. This is the plus of working in a safe group space. I invite you to join in.

The introduction course is set to begin in just two weeks.

Justifying Her Existence #1

Sometimes, a hidden assumption whispers in our ears:
We need to ‘earn’ our worthiness.

The girl in us might feel she has to be kind, pretty, right, to be accepted by all to exist.
A child depends on external approval for security, warmth, safe place.
The learner - us :) - is remembering that she is already accepted, constantly accepted,
radically accepted by yourself.

Yemima says very early in the study - be conscious of how you justify your existence. This may sound superficial, but the dynamic goes very deep.
Being comfortable in our skin is also participating with kindness in life.

This theme is present in ‘normal’ times but might present differently in times of extreme circumstances, and we may feel guilt and confusion - unworthy. Pressed to react to earn our place.
Of course, we can generously give help and participate in this life. This is beautiful, true and, in many cases, very important.
We can also be attentive to this constant inner girl’s demand to produce good to secure herself.

We have a right to exist at every movement since we were born.
We don't have to struggle to exist consistently;
We are already enough.

Yemima's teachings are about how thought, heart and speech can work together with a sense of centeredness to nature ease and rest.

Yemima was a poetic yet down-to-earth teacher who accurately described the subtle structures in our souls.

We study weekly on Zoom as a group, engaging with the text and our personal lives in a safe space. After the introduction, participants can continue in existing groups.

In this course, we will introduce basic concepts in Yemima’s terminology.
The study is a gentle expansion of one, honouring a space of continuous intimacy within while doing the unlearning of ourselves as insufficient.

Sometimes, music is my instant healer.
A note, a shade of voice, a lyrics’ line.
A Nigun.
It is self-care: joyful, tender, and full of wonder.

Some songs here are old memories of a tune that carried me through difficult times; it may not be so relevant...still, I felt I needed to be loyal with gratitude 🌝
Feel free to skip a song. I chose eclectic over continuous feel.

I hope it will touch some of you.

Yemima talks about the privilege it is to be renewing every year.

We could just circle around without the possibility of starting fresh.
But we don't 🙂 We are offered a reset, refresh, a returning to our true nature.

Constant change and repeating cycles coexist.
Contradicting and complementing.
The room between the Old and New Year invites us to be inspired.

In our inner world cycle, automatic emotional and mental activities constantly loop.
We want to be here and now but carry our weights from the past.
What supports us from not re-livings those pains, regrets and complexes is remembering to draw a line between our past and the present.
A space for vitality to flow
Like this beautiful nature drawing :
Thin walls separate compartments, not rejecting part of us but not blending with them, holding space for the whole.

Rushing around, we are sometimes convinced we have no options other than repeating what we know.
Slowing down noticing processes is a powerful tool contra habitability. These days of stillness, a crack between times: we can notice if the habitual pattern took over our renewal opportunity.

‘Purify Our Heart to Serve You with Truth’
“וטהר ליבנו לעובדך באמת"

The essence within us, like water or fire, wishes to express itself. A wish to make precisions.
In Elul the prayer is to be who we are truly. We plea that we will not fall from this core reality of the soul: not to blunder: to be practising “Love your Neighbour as you love yourself, you are Hashem” The intrinsic essence is longing to come back to this place.

Yemima concentrates on the heart when preparing us for the New Year. She talks about the doubt in our hearts, conveying to us that we are not enough.
“She doesn’t have the absolute realisation of what is in her - the power of the good heart, the light and truth which exist in it and then the doubt to her joy, to her peace, remains stubborn.
She will be searching in her thoughts to justify her existence, and the right path is not there. Therefore, she is finding no answer from the essence to her joy.
There is no answer when one is far away from his heart”

Yemima encourages us to give more room to our hearts to be fully present in our lives. The process is very subtle- noticing, observing, sensing, like a butterfly hovering above a flower: not even inspecting but rather accompanying the flower- that is how the heart stands with our awareness.

Yemima is inviting us to shed this doubt, continuously paying attention and cultivating Bina - בינה- “the wisdom of the heart” a capacity to harmonise thoughts, feelings and actions.
