Bit of truths …

I’m not in competition with anyone else but myself !
You can’t fix everyone, instead,lead by example. That’s what I intend to do..
My fitness journey is far from complete, I have areas for improvement.. there is always something new to learn or what’s being changed within the industry..
I became a trainer many many years ago because I thought I could help my family..
I had a passion for fitness and it developed through my own journey., I know now that my passion will be passed on to my own children, because that’s what it’s all about passing knowledge & wisdom on, in such a crazy stressful world we have at the moment, I find peace when I workout, movement is key and keeping it consistent that’s the secret.
