🏃 Western Cross Country trials 🏃🏻‍♀️

Yesterday, more than 40 students from Cudgegong Zone area braved the chilly conditions at Orange for the Western PSSA cross country trials. All our runners represented their school and zone with pride and to top it off, we had five runners qualify for the NSWPSSA cross country titles to be held in Sydney next term.

⚽️ Western PSSA soccer trials POSTPONED ⚽️

⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️WSSA PSSA boys and girls football trials scheduled for tomorrow in Dubbo have been postponed. Stay tuned for a new date!

🏉 Western Touch Trials 🏉

Today our boys and girls Cudgegong Zone teams went to Dubbo for the Western Touch trials. Both teams played four rounds before a Possibles-Probables match. Eleven of our students made the final selection trial game - Paige, Indie, Willow, Ruby, Olive, Layla, Darcy, Henry, Xavier, Jackson and Noah.
Out of this 11, an incredible seven CZPSSA players were chosen for the Western team. Congratulations to Paige, Indie, Willow, Layla and Olive for the girls, and Darcy and Henry for the boys. They will play the NSWPSSA championships in Coffs Harbour in Term 3.

🏉 Western Touch Trials 🏉
Those students attending tomorrow’s Western Touch trials in Dubbo, please meet Mr Harris and Mrs Kelly at the Cudgegong Zone PSSA tent at 8.30am. Fields are Bob Dowling Fields (26 MacLeay St, Dubbo).

⚽️⚽️ Zone Trials scheduled for tomorrow have been cancelled due to the weather. Mrs Vitnell and Mrs Barnett will be in contact with all schools to work out the next steps. Thank you for your patience. ⚽️⚽️

🏉 Rugby League still on 🏉
The PSSA Rugby League classic in Dubbo is still on today.

⚽️ CZPSSA Soccer trials are postponed and moved to Friday 5th June, 2:00-4:00pm ⚽️

Attention all Western touch trialists.

It is an easy decision - fields are water logged.

The Boys and Girls Western Touch Football Trails 2026 will be postponed to Tuesday 9th June 2026.
