So yesterday was one of those milestones…I’m not a day counter, but I do LOVE big numbers, celebration and appreciation of the wonder of sobriety. 😬🤩😎

Yesterday was 2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ days since I last took a drink. 2000 days of being fully present to my life and embracing ALL of it. Absolute fu***ng MAGIC. 🌈 ⚡️

Anyone close to me knows that my life was completely transformed just by removing the substance from my life. One of the world’s most highly addictive drugs, a toxic poison and a class 1 carcinogen. 😒🖕🏼

I NEVER had considered a life without alcohol in it…that seemed impossible and incomprehensible…and now I can’t ever imagine a life where I’d want to dull ANY of it. I simply can’t think of one good reason to drink.

So here’s to all of you who have the courage to look in a different direction, to open yourself up to what’s possible and to walk home together. 🙌🏼

I fu***ng Love you all. BIG time. 🤟🏼

Self hate. It's a heartbreaking topic, but our good friend RJ keeps talking about it, because it's a big part of his story. RJ AKA explains that unfortunately a lot of people do not like themselves and are punishing themselves, even if they don't want to use the term 'self hatred'.
