6 weeks into 2026 got me like…. 💭

Keep the goals small and simple, like just get on the reformer and move more!

The last 12 months saw me not spend much time in the studio outside of teaching, caught up with a full time corporate job, mum life & needing to get in the ocean regularly for my mind, Pilates drifted away from me.

This year, I’m just going to remind myself, doesn’t matter what I do, just get on the reformer more!!

FEBRUARY in the Studio looks like …..

Clients returning to routine and schedules for the term / year.
Welcoming new clients, welcoming back old clients with new goals.
Prioritising more studio and reformer time for myself.
Adding new class times to the schedule & dreaming of exciting ideas and offerings!

Men’s class is back on tonight for 2026. I’ve got one free regular spot in this weekly class of stretching, strengthening and lengthening the body. A great complimentary mid week reset for body and mind!

GRATEFUL.

A beautiful friend and client of , with many hidden talents visited the studio last week & we spent some time enjoying the space and capturing its warmth. A space I feel proud of & get to enjoy all the time in my own home. How lucky 😊
