This Monday 24 August, Ngukuthati Women’s Group is heading off-site to PCYC Mount Isa for another morning focused on women’s health, movement and wellbeing. 🌿✨

Come along, move your body, have a laugh and connect with other women in a relaxed and supportive environment.

You don’t need to be super fit or have any gym experience — just come as you are. 💜

The Simpson Desert Racing Carnival is gearing up for another unforgettable run across the Diamantina — and in just a few weeks, the action rolls into Bedourie on Saturday 12 September!

Get ready for a huge day of country racing and outback hospitality, with:

Hello, Book Lovers! 📚 Are you excited for Book Week?

This year’s theme is "Symphony of Stories," and we would love for you to celebrate with us at the Mount Isa City Library! 🎶

Come dressed in your favourite Book Week costume or a music-themed outfit, and don’t forget to bring along your favourite book to share. 📖

When: Friday, 28 August 2026
Time: 5 PM to 7 PM ⏰

We have a fun-filled evening planned, including crafts, games, a delicious pizza night, and prizes for the best-dressed participants! 🍕🏆
