Supporting young people is a key part of what we do, and partnering with organisations like It's ok, not to be ok, who are delivering much needed support and services in our area.
Mental health support is vital.

Today we had the opportunity to work with Mount Eliza Secondary College, working with their Year 11 and 12 VCE Vocational Major (VM) students.
VM is an applied learning program that equips students with practical skills for work and life, providing hands-on industry experience and helping them finish school with a real employability edge.

Together, we explored mental health and created our own personalised mental health toolkits—practical strategies and supports that each student can lean on during life’s more challenging moments.

We were also incredibly touched when one student approached us afterwards to offer their time as a volunteer with our charity.

This student's passion and kindness was contagious.
Thank you to Erin for organising the session, and to Mount Eliza Rotary for generously sponsoring this workshop and making it possible.
We are so passionate about planting seeds early equipping young people with the tools, language and confidence to navigate difficult times, support one another, and know that it’s always ok to ask for help.
