Jacaranda Kitchen Co Join us at Jacaranda Kitchen Co and let us sweeten your life, one bite at a time. I have lots of plans and ideas for my new business- Jacaranda Kitchen Co.

Jackie is passionate about cooking & sharing good food with family and friends. She has been a Home Economics teacher for 33 years in four different Western Victorian Secondary Colleges, where she has encouraged her students to also enjoy cooking and sharing food. Jackie owned and managed a very successful Café & catering business in Mortlake. Then she worked for ‘Jamie Oliver’s Ministry of Food‘ mobile Kitchen, where she taught adult cooking classes in and around Melbourne.

‘Having my own home-based food business where I can bake and create special occasion decorated cakes, biscuits, muffins and more has been a lifelong dream. Growing up with a Nan, Mum and Aunt who were all wonderful cooks I learnt to cook from an early age.’

Now she has decided it is time to just do what she loves the most, Bake and be creative with food.

‘I am enjoying life and loving learning new skills and providing delicious food made from family recipes for others to enjoy. and look forward to being able to grow and develop these over time.’
