Consistency beats intensity!

When you practise consistently, your brain has more opportunities to strengthen the connections needed for rhythm, coordination and technique.

If long practice sessions don't fit into your week, don't worry. The key is simply to keep coming back to the kit. A little practice done regularly will almost always be more effective than practising only once in a while.
