Have you recently quit smoking/vaping?

Firstly go you! and secondly you should know that all smokers secretly want to be you!

Would agree that nobody in their right mind wishes they started smoking or wishes to continue to smoke/vape?

I get that some people come across like they are enjoying themselves with a smoke/vape but you would have to admit that you see people enjoying themselves without smokes/vapes too.

The truth is that if you were to bring up ni****ne addiction to that person that seems like they were enjoying themselves, they would either get defensive or automatically start spinning lies.

Alot of people who smoke/vape have to continue to lie to themselves to carry on smoking because if they don't then they would have to face the truth which they may not be ready for yet.

Do you believe that things are different for you?

Do you believe that smoking is who you are?

Do you believe your situation is permanent?

Then take a step back, take a deep breath and just know deep within that change is coming!

All of Life and everything you see before you will come to pass.

Nothing is here to stay and even though it may be hard to see right now you are so such much more than Ni****ne.

What this means is that if smoking makes you unhappy then it's guaranteed that by not taking action this unhappiness remains.

And what you must remember is that whenever anybody makes any sort of change in their Life there is always going to be an adjustment period.

When making a decision like quitting smoking, it should not be based on if it makes you happy or not right now. It should be based on the person that you want to become.

If deep down, you know Life without Ni****ne will make you happier then see past the short-term challenge and focus on your long-term happiness.

Who here has struggled in some way around smoking?

Who here has experienced bad days for wahtever reason?

If you are struggling today then dig deep and 'hold on' because your breakthrough is just around the corner.

Nothing in Life that is outside of ourselves is permanent. Every new beginning comes from some other beginnings end.

Smoking creates a false comfort and the more you sit in this is comfort the more weak, lethargic and helpless you'll feel.

Believe your time is coming and reach out for support. Stand on the shoulders of those that have walked before you and lean in.
