HAN YANG IMPORT & EXPORT PTY LTD T/A ByAsia Food is conducting a
recall of the above product. The product has been available for sale at
Woolworths, Coles Asian Grocers and Independent retailers including IGA
nationally.

Problem: The recall is due to Labelling (Incorrect Gluten Free Claim).

Food safety hazard: Any consumers who have a Gluten allergy or
intolerance may have a reaction if the product is consumed.

What to do: Consumers who have a Gluten allergy or intolerance should not
consume this product. Consumers should return the product to the place of
purchase for a full refund. Any consumers concerned about their health
should seek medical advice.

retailers including IGA in SA.

Problem: The recall is due to the presence of foreign matter (glass).

Food safety hazard: Food products containing glass may cause
illness/injury if consumed.

What to do: Consumers should not eat this product. Consumers should
return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund. Any consumers

Laws have changed for Australian Food Businesses.
New changes to the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code mean that from December 8, 2023 new requirements exist for food service businesses across all Australian states & These changes impact all businesses that serve or prepare food, including hospitality, food retail, healthcare, child care, aged care and more.

The new requirements are stricter than ever before, including:

New mandatory training for Food Handlers

New recertification requirements for Food Safety Supervisors

New record-keeping requirements for businesses

The consequences of noncompliance can be serious.

Make sure you’re Standard 3.2.2A-compliant before December 8 2023.

If your business prepares and serves food anywhere in Australia, then these changes affect you and you must take action.

we encourage our customers to pre order meals/coffee by phone to either pick up In store or at our drive thru window.

We are looking to adapting our front entrance to ensure safe social distancing for pick up orders
