The safety of our children and families is our highest priority. ⚠️🚸

We’d like to remind families that the Community Library and Staff Carpark is not a safe area for children to walk through and should not be used for school drop-off or pick-up. Increased use of this area creates congestion and safety risks for children.

Please note that only vehicles displaying a valid Disabled Parking Permit should use the designated parking spaces in this area.

We also ask all drivers to take extra care around our school crossing and follow the 25km/h speed limit when lights are flashing before and after school.

We encourage families to use the marked crossing when travelling to and from school via the Blanche Terrace entrance. Thank you for helping us keep our children and community safe.

We are pleased to formally announce that our site has been selected as one of the locations introducing the 3-year-old Preschool program in 2027.

There are online enrolment forms using the form below, however we do have some paper forms at Kindy also

2027 universal 3-year-old preschool registrations of interest

Registrations of interest for universal 3-year-old preschool will open from the beginning of term 2 this year, and enrolment offers for starting in term 1, 2027 will be made from August.
We look forward to sharing further detail with you at the beginning of next term.

Mid Year 2026 and Term 1 2027 Registrations.
Children who turn 4 years old from 1 May to 31 October can start preschool through the mid-year intake at the start of term 3. Please contact the kindy if your child is eligible or fill in registration of interest form-(Link below.)
We are also accepting registration forms for children eligible to begin preschool in Term 1 2027. If your child will turn 4 years old between October 31st 2025 and May 1st 2026, they can start preschool in Term 1 2027.

Where- Kindy is now located in the reception area of Moonta Area School.
Ages- 2 years to the commencement of kindy.
Proof of immunisation is required.
