Relationships can be fulfilling or downright complex and even heartbreaking.

Our relationships can be a maze to navigate, be it business, friendships, family or intimate.

The maze shows up as frustration, uncertainty, misunderstandings, disappointment, mistrust and control.

Knowing what makes up our core emotional needs makes us more likely to set healthy boundaries and enjoy the relationships that flow.

Life isn't perfect. We all navigate each other's mazes to a point where we can meet at the centre and find our way together.

Our 3 core emotional needs can be described as:
1. Status - our level of importance, interest or challenge.
2. Connection - our sense of belonging, shared values and interests.
3. Safety - physiological and physiological. To trust and to be trusted.

The first step to any change is awareness of our current state.

Whether it's your team at work not doing what you 'tell' them to do.

Or, even just that feeling of things could be better in your life and just feeling stuck.
