I have been very concerned about taking online ballet classes for Adults . Given everyone’s individual space restrictions and the risk of injury posed by inappropriate flooring and unsuitable barres (chairs , walls etc ), I decided that better alignment, posture and technique can be achieved if we do an easy centre barre, mostly en face . At least we are maintaining the finer aspects of technique and gaining some emotional and physical happiness..... and we were able to catch up with our dance buddies . Our first Zoom class went very well .
