The Heights School Gallery was filled to capacity as we welcomed over 200 guests for the opening of our 2026 SALA Exhibition, “Stories of Suburbia.”

Congratulations to all participating artists, and thank you to everyone who helped make this exhibition a resounding success.

Former student and special guest Naunidh Kaur Kukreja officially opened the event, reflecting on how the SALA exhibition fostered her creativity and sense of belonging within our school community. This year’s theme inspired over 250 artworks from students in Preschool to Year 12, as well as staff, creating a vibrant and inclusive showcase. Live performances by the Wind Quintet and Senior Classical Guitar Ensemble, along with delicious catering from our Food and Hospitality students, made the night memorable.

The exhibition will remain open until Friday, 14 August. Don’t forget to cast your vote for the People’s Choice Award via Daymap!
