Hard to believe it’s been a year working with — an incredible talent and an even better young man.

A 2nd and 18th place finish on the Aussie swing is a great result, even if I know he was chasing a bit more today. Can’t wait to see where his skill and determination take him next — big things ahead.

Meet Stanley!

The newest member of our Vitality team, and we are so lucky to have him on board!

Stanley is a remedial massage therapist who is a graduate of Australian college of fitness and bodywork. He also has a strength and conditioning background, he is a great asset to our team.

We are offering 50% off on all remedial massage appointments with Stanley in the next 2 weeks. June 16-30th.

Stanley works Monday’s and Thursday’s from 2pm to 8pm.
