Service is different from experience.
Your customer service skills may be great, but if you don't create a fantastic customer experience, your service won't matter. Customer experience has never been under so much scrutiny, and it’s critical to get it right.
✅ Good service = you went to the shop and ordered your coffee, and you got it quickly, and it tasted great, and it wasn’t expensive.
But what if the experience was sub-par?
