Bon Appétit from the most creative kitchen in town! 🍳✨

Our Butterfly room has officially transformed into the “Happy Tummies Bistro,” and our little chefs, servers, and managers are open for business! 📞🍍 From taking telephone takeaway orders and slicing up fresh fruit to mastering the grill and serving up drinks with a smile, our 3-5 year olds are learning so much through play today.

Role-playing environments like this aren’t just incredibly fun—they are powerhouse tools for early development! By stepping into these roles, our children are actively building:

Communication & Language Skills (taking orders and greeting customers!)

Fine Motor Control (cutting and using tongs on the grill)

Teamwork & Social Collaboration (working together to run a busy kitchen)

We love watching their imaginations thrive here at New Start Early Learning Centre! ❤️

✨ Every little step is a BIG Achievement! ✨

At New Start Early Learning Centre, every day is filled with opportunities for children to learn, grow, and discover through play. 💚

From chasing magical bubbles that encourage running, coordination and laughter, to taking those exciting first steps with confidence, every experience helps build strong bodies and curious minds. Our little builders use blocks to create imaginative homes, developing creativity, problem-solving skills and teamwork, while climbing, hanging and balancing activities strengthen muscles, confidence and resilience.

We believe children learn best when they feel safe, supported and inspired. That’s why our educators create meaningful play experiences that nurture each child’s independence, confidence and love of learning—all while having endless fun!

Because childhood isn’t just about growing up… it’s about creating beautiful memories, building lifelong skills, and celebrating every milestone together. 🌈💕

This National Reconciliation Week, our children have been learning about the importance of respect, inclusion, and connection to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. Through meaningful experiences, storytelling, art, and conversations, we celebrated the rich histories, cultures, and achievements of First Nations peoples.

Together, we are learning that every step towards understanding and respect helps build a more united future. ❤️💛🖤
