Ahhh… it feels so bittersweet closing the door on this little place.

This little unit was the first home I could truly call my very own, and before long, it also became my teaching space. It has been the one constant in my life for almost 18 years… wow, where did the time go?

So much life has been lived within these walls. It’s held so many hours of music, countless rehearsals, precious time with family and friends, laughter, tears and so much growth.

For more than a decade, so many beautiful students walked through this front door. We shared so many songs, conversations, breakthroughs, moments of vulnerability, and so much laughter.

As I prepare to let it go, I’m filled with so much gratitude for this little place that carried me through so many seasons of my life.

Now, it’s time to step fully into what’s next.

A new chapter. A new beginning.

Rehearsals are in full swing for a project that’s incredibly close to my heart, and one I’ve wanted to bring to life for years- a tribute to the unforgettable Vicky Moscholiou.

Although I grew up surrounded by Greek music at home, I discovered Moscholiou later, when I began pursuing my own journey in Greek music. There’s something about her music and the way she sang that I connect with on such a deep level.

Dean and I have spent many hours immersed in and putting together this beautiful repertoire, and seeing it slowly come to life has been so incredibly special.

I’m so excited to finally begin sharing this journey with you.

Dean and I are so looking forward to playing at Eurospit Bar & Grill for the very first time. We always love the chance to play somewhere new and to share the music we love. 💕

What I love most about teaching singing is that it’s so deeply personal.

Unlike any other instrument we can pick up and put down, our voice lives inside our bodies. It’s literally a part of us and we bring all of ourselves when we show up to sing.

That’s why it feels so BIG to share your voice with another person. It’s like you’re inviting them into your inner world.

As teachers, it’s our responsibility to create a space that feels safe, supportive and free of judgement.

It’s an incredibly intimate space and such a privilege to be invited into that space with someone. One I never take for granted. 💖

Hellooo there ✨

After an eventful and very outward facing first few months of the year, I’ve been a little quieter here this past month.

Behind the scenes though, there’s been a lot of movement and change with a recent move, a new teaching space, and settling into a new rhythm in life and work.

In many ways, it feels like a fresh start and laying new foundations, both personally and creatively, and I’m so excited to start sharing more of this new space and season with you.

For my students, there’ll be a little transition period and I’ll continue teaching across both spaces for the next few weeks while I settle into this new rhythm.

In the meantime, I have a few lovely gig moments from earlier this year that I never got around to sharing… so more music, moments and updates coming soon 💖
