Today I’m keeping things very simple.
This is what supportive movement looks like for me right now. . I’m starting my prolapse surgery recovery on the reformer 🤍
Recovery has reminded me of something important.
Progress doesn’t always look like doing more.
Sometimes it looks like moving slower, choosing support, and trusting that consistency matters more than intensity.
This season of Pilates 57 is about strength — but also about patience, awareness, and respect for the body you’re in right now.

I didn’t plan to build Pilates 57 quickly.
After years of moving through injury, pain, menopause, and now recovery from prolapse surgery, I’ve learned that strength doesn’t come from rushing — it comes from understanding and patience.
Pilates 57 is taking shape slowly, grounded in lived experience and intelligent reformer Pilates. It’s for women 40+ who want to feel strong, stable, and confident again — without punishment or pressure.
Right now, I’m sharing what I know, what’s helped me, and what careful, respectful movement looks like at this stage of life.
