The Spanish Cat

And the battle begins!

The Spanish Cat has its roots in Mexico, so it goes without saying that we adore El Dia de Los Mu***os or what may look a bit like Halloween. This beautiful illustration really amused us as it represents our deep feelings for both holidays.

One thing to note is that we can't say: ¡Feliz Dia de Los Mu***os! It's not necessary, and it doesn't work.
We'll talk more about what to say at Christmas later.
One more note, to translate your phrase, it's begging to look like we could use:
'Ya huele a.../ Ya se ve como...' 😉
