I’m back on home soil ✨ And to celebrate I’m hosting my first Pilates event Pilates at the Palace June 3rd at the stunning Secret Garden venue at Cashel Palace Hotel. The class is €20 - All equipment is all provided and after our 45 minute mat flow everyone will be treated to a protein ball from @ogproteinballs and some herbal teas. Weekly Mat Pilates Schedule 💛 Starting my weekly Mat Pilates classes in Sensory Play Studio, Clonmel on Monday + Tuesday evenings starting next week on June 8th for a 6 week block. I know it’s short notice but things move quickly when you get an opportunity you can’t turn down ✨ Class pack options: 1 class €15 3 classes €36 6 classes €60 Class packs can be used for any classes, just message beforehand to let me know.
