✅ How am I feeling right now?
✅ What energy do I want to bring to this room?
✅ How do I want others to feel after this interaction?

It only takes a minute, but being intentional can totally change the dynamic.

When you delegate, you:
✔️ Create space to focus on what really matters.
✔️ Show your team you trust them.

So, instead of telling your team exactly how to do something, focus on the outcome you’re after. Let them figure out the best way to get there—you might be surprised by what they come up with!

✔️ Move forward with confidence (not just out of urgency).

A simple way to start? Set aside 10 minutes each day to step back and ask yourself:

Leadership can be a wild ride, and how we respond to challenges makes all the difference. Have you ever heard of "Above the Line" and "Below the Line" thinking? It’s a simple but powerful concept that can help us navigate our leadership journey.

When we’re Above the Line, we’re all about accountability, curiosity, and growth. It’s that feeling when you tackle a problem with an open mind, ready to learn and adapt. In this space, we lift each other up and foster an environment where everyone feels inspired to share ideas and take risks.

But then there’s the Below the Line mindset. We’ve all been there—feeling stuck, defensive, or quick to point fingers. It’s a mindset that can bring us down and drain the energy from our teams.

The good news? We can choose to shift our thinking! By focusing on being Above the Line, we can encourage our teams to do the same, creating a culture of positivity and collaboration.
