Meaning pick something and commit to it.
What's your staple, non-negotiable thing you do that gives you lots of energy and keeps you healthy?
Breath work?
Sprinting?
Meditation?
Karate?
Gardening?
The list goes on....
If you're trying to do all the things and not really committing to anything, you will not receive the full benefit of any of the things you are doing.
Consistency is key.
My staples are tapping and qigong. Within them, I explore different elements of meditation, breathing and philosophy that work on all levels of my being.
However I'm not trying to be the best at everything and that liberates so much energy to focus my attention in the most fulfilling ways.
