Really pleasing to see comments and articles coming up in the media to highlight the dangers of Toxic Positivity and Disenfranchised Grief.

But for each of these, I still seem to see 10 bu****it quotes of “inspiration”. The old aiming for the stars, the need to have dreams that scare you, and being absolutely awesome in every single thing you do!

Not long now until I publish my first book to challenge the over abundance of stress inducing bu****it and the exhausting pursuit of more, more, more!

Just over 11 years ago I set up my consulting business as Bramwell Solutions without thinking about that it abbreviates to BS. Yet one of the best pieces of feedback I regularly receive is there is no BS to my approach! The irony!
