I'm connecting with growth-minded people who are passionate about personal development and exploring flexible ways to create more freedom in their lives.
After years of running an online business in personal development, I’ve experienced so much growth and transformation that it’s inspired a complete rebrand.
I was once “Ladder to Freedom,” but I no longer feel the need to climb ladders to find freedom —

I'm connecting with growth-minded people who are passionate about personal development and exploring flexible ways to create more freedom in their lives.
Here I am in Sri Lanka (a few weeks ago), at the top of a very steep climb with hundreds of steps behind me. I'm out of breath, I've got hat hair, and I'm definitely feeling it!
There were moments on the way up when it felt hard, especially with my arthritis. But someone gave me some simple advice:
"Just go at your own pace."
That really struck a chord with me.
So often, when we're going through difficult times, we want to rush through them to get to the good parts. We want the challenge to be over. We want the result now.
But sometimes the answer is simply to slow down, take the next step, and trust the process.
I think business is very much the same.
There are tough parts. There are new skills to learn, setbacks to overcome, and days when things don't go according to plan. But if you keep moving forward, one step at a time, at your own pace, eventually you reach the view you've been working towards.
The good bits do come.
Today I'm feeling incredibly grateful to be here in Sri Lanka, doing things that at one time I wasn't sure my body would allow me to do.
It wasn't fast. It wasn't easy. But I did it.
And that's a reminder that progress is progress, no matter the pace.
Sometimes the greatest success isn't about having more—it's about having the time to enjoy what you already have.
Today, that meant a walk with my little dog, fresh air, nature, and a moment to simply be present.
Personal development has helped me create a life with more freedom, gratitude, and purpose. And for that, I'm incredibly thankful.
What does freedom look like for you?

Be like a tree — never stop growing 🌳✨
A tree doesn’t stop growing once it reaches a certain height. It continues to grow, season after season, while letting go of what no longer serves it.
I believe we should do the same.
Since beginning my journey in personal development, my life has changed in the most beautiful ways. Through the courses, videos, live events, and daily practices I’ve learned along the way, I’ve experienced more growth, happiness, confidence, peace, and gratitude than I ever imagined possible.
My life today feels full of truly rich energy.
I’ve created a beautiful new home, I’ve been invited to teach and share with others, I’m improving in things I love like lawn bowls, and most importantly, I genuinely love my life. I’m also blessed to spend precious time regularly with my grandchildren — something I value deeply.
And none of this came from luck.
It came from growth.
From learning.
From changing my mindset.
From investing in myself.
From practising the principles I’ve learned through personal development.
That’s why I’m so passionate about sharing these tools with others.
At RichNRG, I promote powerful personal development courses, transformational videos, and live events designed to help people grow emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and financially — and create a life they truly love.
Whether it’s affirmations, meditation, sound frequency music, mindset training, yoga, or simply learning to think differently… growth changes everything.
So be like a tree.
Keep growing.
Keep evolving.
Keep becoming the best version of yourself 🌱
And if you’re curious about the courses, events, or products I use and love, feel free to send me a message. I’d love to connect 💚
✨ The 4 Gs I live by ✨
🌿 Gratitude
💛 Generosity
☀️ Grounding
🎶 Good Stuff
These simple principles have helped me create a more positive, happy, and fulfilling life.
That’s why I’m passionate about sharing personal development videos, courses, and live events that inspire growth and wellbeing.
Less negativity. More purpose. More positivity. 💫

It’s funny how life teaches us lessons in the most unexpected moments. 💫
Recently, I achieved something at my local bowling club that I’m really proud of. After only playing for a couple of years, I finished as runner-up in the Mixed Pairs competition.
And while some people might see “second place” as almost winning… I see it very differently.
For me, the real win is being healthy enough to get out there, challenge myself, enjoy the strategy of the game, and spend time with such amazing people.
A few years ago, I don’t think I would have looked at life this way. But personal growth and surrounding myself with positive influences has completely changed my mindset.
These days, I appreciate the little things so much more:
✨ Good health
✨ Great friendships
✨ New experiences
✨ Personal growth
✨ And simply enjoying the journey
The trophy was lovely… but the gratitude I feel for my life right now means even more. ❤️
If you’re on your own journey of growth and positive change, keep going. It’s worth it.

Someone said to me today that Thursday nights are the new Friday nights.
The pubs are busier, restaurants are fuller, and so many people are treating Friday as their work-from-home day so they can ease into the weekend early.
And it made me stop and think how grateful I am for the life I’ve created.
I don’t have to wait for Friday to enjoy my life.
If I want to take the dog for a walk in the middle of the day, I can.
If I want to bake cookies for the grandkids, do some art, go bowling, catch up with friends, or book a hair appointment — I can do that too.
Years ago, life felt like work took up almost every hour of the day.
Now there’s balance. There’s space. There’s freedom.
And honestly, that feels pretty wonderful. ❤️

Happy Mother’s Day to all the beautiful mums out there. Today I’m feeling especially grateful for the wonderful mother who inspired me with her enthusiasm for life, her love of family, nature, and the simple joys that truly matter.
As I’ve grown older, I realise how blessed I am to have inherited that same appreciation for a simple, meaningful life — and especially the freedom of time to enjoy it with the people I love most.
This morning I shared morning tea with one of my sons and his wife, followed by a stroll through their garden. Tonight I’m heading out for dinner with my daughter, her husband, and their two little boys, and later this week we’ll all gather again with my other son and family.
These warm moments together are what life is really about, and I feel incredibly grateful for them all.
Wishing every mum a beautiful Mother’s Day filled with love, connection, and precious family memories. 🌸💛
