We had a wonderful dental visit at Milestones Werribee! It was a great opportunity for our children to learn about the importance of dental care from an early age and how to maintain healthy teeth. Dental inclusion is a fantastic way to build knowledge and confidence around oral health.
The children thoroughly enjoyed the “Tooth Fairy Show” 🧚‍♀️ and actively participated in discussions about healthy foods and “sometimes” foods through fun and engaging activities 🍎🍭.
Each child also had a one-on-one dental check-up and received a special present from the Tooth Fairy, which made the experience even more exciting! 🎁✨

Harmony Day celebration at Milestones Werribee was a beautiful reminder of the importance of inclusion, respect, and belonging 🌏🧡
Our children had so much fun exploring cultural diversity through engaging, hands-on learning experiences. They learned about different countries and their flags, discovering that even though we may come from different backgrounds, we are all one 🤝✨

Through creative art and craft activities 🎨, the children expressed their understanding of diversity while building a sense of curiosity and appreciation for the world around them. It helps children develop early awareness of cultural diversity, strengthens their connection to the community, and fosters values of kindness, respect, and inclusion from a young age 🌈💛

These meaningful experiences lay the foundation for confident, compassionate learners who grow up embracing differences and celebrating unity 🌱🌍

As the weather cools down, little bodies need warm, nourishing food to keep them going 🍛

Our new autumn menu is filled with comforting, wholesome meals designed to support your child’s wellbeing and growing appetite.

At Milestones Werribee we celebrated Holi, the Festival of Colours. 🌈
Celebrating cultural festivals within our early learning environment provides valuable opportunities for children to explore and appreciate the diverse traditions that make up our community. Experiences like these support children in developing respect, empathy, and understanding of different cultures from a young age.
Through engaging activities, colour exploration, and shared joy, the children were able to learn about the meaning behind Holi while having fun with their friends and educators. These moments contribute to building a strong sense of belonging and support the development of lifelong learners in an inclusive and multicultural environment.
We are proud to celebrate diversity and create meaningful learning experiences that reflect the cultures within our community.

We had a fantastic time celebrating Chinese New Year at Milestones Werribee throughout the whole week! 🏮🐉
The children participated in a variety of engaging experiences and had so much fun creating a fire dragon using recycled materials and taking part in a parade around the centre. They also enjoyed reading storybooks about Lunar New Year, learning about the zodiac animals, and exploring different Chinese symbols through creative stamping activities.
It has been a wonderful opportunity for children to learn about different cultures, their values, and beliefs in a meaningful and hands-on way. Celebrations like these help build respect, understanding, and a strong sense of belonging within our community.
