Lucky escape for these people who live down the road on Majestic Dve. Been a lot of trees down. Hope everybody is safe out there.

Our Carnegie project has been a challenge. We discovered 2 bathrooms were leaking into the apartments below. Once we pulled up the the floor tiles we discovered 10mm steel plate. It was recommended by Ardex(waterproof supplier) to remove the steel. 4 days later we removed the steel plate and began to re-build the bathrooms from the floor up. Stay tuned as we complete the tiling and add the finishing touches!
