Welcome to May, the month in which nights are coming sooner and it's getting harder to wake up in the morning for school. Yup, winter has arrived. Put on your scarfs, mittens and umbrellas 'cause we're about to go to war with Melbourne's weather in your VCE journey. This month and the upcoming months are going to be some of the most challenging months of year 12 as you'll have to leave your warm bed much more faster and stay at your cold study desk at home much longer. Here's a little video from AsapScience which I think demonstrates pretty closely on the differences between Early Birds (EBs) and Night Owls (NOs). In my opinion, both types have one similarity: that is they tend to drain energy from our bodies when their suitable biological time of going to bed hits. There's nothing wrong being an EB or NO but you should all know that these might affect your studying time both in class and at home. [ 265 more words ]
