7years waiting..

Still remember the first moments to watch the world brewerscup at The Melbourne International Coffee Expo (Mice) May 2013 ..

Just talked by my self , one day i wanna stand the stage..

The dream has actually came true for now.

It was so long journey I was participating the Australian brewers cup since 2016 , luckily, have a chance to join the world brewerscup at The Melbourne International Coffee Expo -my new home in Melbourne.

For 7years waiting , i learned that , it is coming the chance if i am not givinh up.

Really an honored to be a host brewer but lots of pressure.. and also so many room for development to be the best .

I really thanks to Melbourne specialty coffee scene , who feeded me , motivated me and brought me here..

I promise i will pour everything from my maximum..

Huge thanks for the organising the competition

All judges and organisers and volunteers giving a opportunity to join the national competition as Southern regional champion.

I know i have more room for improve, i am still challenger for the national , I promise i will try to put my all!

.. 드디어 마지막.. 처음엔 아껴서 조금씩 읽어야지 하다가 나중엔 읽을시간이 없어서 마치 숙제처럼 읽어나갔다 .. 마냥 커피책이라기엔 울림이 너무 깊은 책이었다. 이정도의 깊이를 가지려면 과연 어떤삶을 살아야 할까..?

Our carefully-selected green coffee beans have been aged for 6 months in freshly-emptied Victorian swine barrels along with the finest free-range cured bacon. The resulting product has been an astounding coffee with intense notes of pulled BBQ pork and smoked ham hock, with a long-lasting greasy mouthfeel that will stay with you for hours. We recommend taking the roast just past first crackling for an optimal outcome.

This little piggy will go to market today and availability is limited, sow call your account manager before someone else hogs this one of a kind coffee… Otherwise you’ll be going wee wee wee all the way home empty-handed.
